In Kathy’s 17 years as an independent third-party administrator for the nation’s two largest employment providers, she balanced her work overseeing medical enrollments, claims, and benefits coordination with administrative tasks, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall efficiency.

She also meticulously and thoughtfully planned celebratory events for the team, ensuring that everyone felt recognized and appreciated for important milestones. Most importantly, she honed her skills in customer service, becoming an expert at hearing needs and solving problems.

Kathy’s knack for organization and planning serves her well in her current role as VMA’s office manager where she supports office technology, payroll, and HR. She also plans and organizes all staff events and is always available to support the entire VMA team, whether on special projects or day-to-day operations. Kathy’s energetic professionalism makes her an essential asset to VMA.
