With over 25 years of experience as a seasoned administration and finance professional, Neomi brings her expertise in strategic budget planning, financial reporting, personnel management, and project coordination to all of her work at VMA. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Neomi is recognized for her collaborative spirit, as well as for fostering positive relationships and building robust teams in the organizations she serves.
Among Neomi’s recent accomplishments is a five-million-dollar renovation project of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Claremont. She coordinated and oversaw the plan from inception to its completion. Her execution was instrumental in ensuring the project's success, underscoring her ability to steer complex initiatives toward favorable outcomes. In addition, Neomi turned a significant budget deficit that she inherited into a surplus in one year. Her visionary leadership helped to transform the operations of the organization, positioning it for a strong and stable future.
