VMA supported Beach Cities Health District through the conceptual design and environmental analysis of an 11-acre mixed use medical campus in Redondo Beach. Through a comprehensive communications program, VMA facilitated meetings with a Community Working Group comprised of various stakeholders who provided input to the planning and design team.
VMA worked with Beach Cities Health District to host study circles and other public events, including a community Open House, to debut the initial project vision and conceptual plans for the Healthy Living Campus. The multi-media event featured printed materials, digital slideshows, presentations from key project staff, and a moderated question and answer forum.
In addition to general messaging, website, and social media support, VMA also developed infographics and project fact sheets to facilitate the public’s understanding of the proposed project as well as the planning process.
